Mel’s role is to assess potential claims and refer clients to the solicitors.
She's passionate about supporting clients through the early stages of their claim and finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of a dedicated team that’s valued by both clients and management.
Outside of work, Mel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and loves exploring new places on city breaks.
