1. Who will visit my client?
One of our fully trained field Agents
2. How soon can you see my client?
As soon as your client can see us. We like a minimum of 2 hours' notice to be with your client.
3. Why should I not just post the documents to my clients?
If you are posting documents which may average 10 days to be returned, our research proves you only get back 33%.
A customer's desire starts to cool as soon as you put the phone down. This leaves them vulnerable to further talks with your competitors, who may make a same-day appointment!
4. Can you visit my client who lives in Scotland or Northern Ireland?
Yes, we have agents covering the whole of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
5. How will I know what progress you are making with my case?
You can track it at each stage by logging onto our secure online case management system via www.premierlegalassist.com
6. My client works Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm! When can you visit them?
Our agents work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
7. How can I be sure your Agent will correctly complete the documents?
All our Agents are fully trained by industry-experienced people before being allowed to see your clients. We also have regular quality controls in place to ensure we maintain our very high standards of service.
You must ensure your forms are completed fully. It is easy for us to complete a client's name and address or account numbers, but we prefer not to be involved in completing or calculating income, etc. The more thorough you are, the easier you will make the job on our appointment, thereby eradicating errors.
8. I often speak with many of my clients late in the evening. When could I book the appointment?
Immediately! Our appointment coordinators work from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
