Premier Legal Assist are rightly concerned that any agent who attends your client has the knowledge necessary to explain all aspects of the CFA and to deal with associated documentation.
The agent will carefully deal with the client’s obligations when signing up to a CFA and take the time to explain the relevance of such matters as success fees, after the event insurance, legal expense insurance and the right to cancel. We will investigate if the client has any legal expense insurance and obtain any ID as required. We are able to accept your pre-arranged appointments or are happy to deal with everything for you.
We will work with you to maximise conversion rates. Our experience shows us that to achieve high conversion rates it is important that the instructing solicitor and Premier Legal Assist work closely together. We will, wherever possible, provide you with feedback and advice if we feel it will help the sign up and client care process. Within our sign up service we can deal with forms of authority, terms of business, client care letters and CNF.
What to do next
Following acceptance of a case you can book an agent appointment online, or through our call centre, choosing the most convenient time for your client. Using our online system the appointment can be booked in seconds, reducing the possibility of losing a claim whilst also testing commitment.
An agent will then visit the client and explain the necessary documentation and obtain a signature.
